TBM data analysis and monitoring

GEEG provides operational backup in the management and real time study or back-analysis of monitoring data coming from the mechanized excavation of tunnels.

This activity consists in the analysis of the parameters recorded by the TBM during the excavation operations, in their methodical processing, in providing resumes and suggestions for the improvement of the excavation performance. For this purpose the startup uses different data management tools, from simple spreadsheets to neural networks.

Thanks to the study of data collected from tunnel projects over time, GEEG can contribute also in the design phase of the excavation by estimating the TBM performances.
